Mr. Dragan Dimitrov is managing partner of BDO Macedonia, with more than 20 years of experience in the fields of audit, advisory and corporate finance. He is a Certified Auditor, Certified Financial Forensic and Certified Valuer.
He worked in the National Bank of Macedonia for 4 years, on the project of USAID for banking development (1 year), then over 2 years on the project of USAID for improvement of the accounting and auditing in Macedonia and for 2 years he served as CEO of Stater banka AD Kumanovo. Since 2000 he is actively engaged in the field of audit and assurance at BDO Macedonia. He actively participates at the training of accountants and auditors for applying IAS/IFRS and ISA in Macedonia. He was also engaged in several M&A projects, due diligences, corporate finance and restructuring engagements.
